I help my clients re-establish their sense of self, confidence and balance by connecting with them on an emotional and practical level. By nature I am one of the most optimistic, resilient, realistic, down to earth people I know. My approach offers my clients the ability to sort things from a variety of perspectives, with flexibility and openness in a safe, non-judgemental way.
I use my skills as a Life Coach and NLP Practitioner as a way of empowering my clients to take control back into their lives in a non-judgmental, safe environment. Life Coaching is a great investment to help you navigate your way away from crisis, set protective boundaries around the things and people who have contributed to your crisis whilst also enabling you to set some gentle and achievable goals for yourself.
Entering into a professional coaching relationship with myself will guarantee you a supportive, safe platform where you can enjoy open and honest communication about what really matters to you at this stage in your life. Coaching Programmes with myself are delivered on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. You can expect each programme to last between one and three months, depending upon the number of sessions required.
A programme typically consists of six 75min sessions. Ideally we would meet weekly or fortnightly. (Sometimes more than six sessions are needed if behavioural changes are required,) I work out of my private practice in Bangor, I also offer online video call sessions for those further afield. .I use a combination of Positive Psychology, NLP & Life Coaching practises, skills and techniques. I place a lot of emphasis on how to turn negatives into positives, thus leading to a more positive, happier and brighter future.
